The mother of the Greek God of Bollywood, Hrithik Roshan’s mum, Pinkie Roshan is COVID-19 positive. Her husband and director, Rakesh Roshan confirmed this news on Thursday.
On the same day, that is Thursday, Pinkie turned 67 years old. Some reports suggest that she tested positive for the virus a week ago.
She is currently asymptomatic and quarantined at home. Talking to the Press Trust Of India, Rakesh Roshan said — “Yes, it’s true. There are no symptoms and she is doing home quarantine.”
While Pinkie talked to the Times Of India and shared the precautions she, her family, and staff are taking. She said,
Every 20 days or so, we have been getting everyone checked as a precaution. This includes all our family members and the staff. I have no symptoms and my doctors told me that my yoga and exercise regime has helped in a big way to keep this in control; however, it meant that I have had the virus in me for 15 days. I am expected to undergo another test tomorrow and let’s hope it will be negative.”
Hrithik’s mother also shared photos of her birthday surprise on Instagram.
We hope that she recovers soon from the virus and get back to her best health again.
