X-Men cast is on hiatus for now, until the release of Deadpool 2 on 15th May. However, that didn’t prevent Ryan Reynolds, aka Deadpool, from donning his renowned black and red costume and inviting himself to Hugh Jackman’s hotel room early morning on 27th April, 2018. From what we get by watching Hugh Jackman’s latest update on Twitter is that Wolverine, sans his costume, was trying to shoot a special birthday message for someone on his device and failing terribly. This was due to the fact that Deadpool, dressed in full attire, was lying on his hotel bed, singing the song ‘Tomorrow’ from 2014 film ‘Annie’.

In the video, Hugh Jackman was visibly trying his best to send someone a ‘heartfelt’ message for their birthday, but kept getting distracted by Ryan’s voice in the background. As the camera pans the room to show him singing the first verse of ‘Tomorrow’, betting his bottom dollar, that tomorrow, there’ll be sun. The later half of which, is agreed to by Hugh himself.

As Hugh Jackman explains how the audience is not to pay attention to him, he wishes a tiny ‘happy birthday’ to the recipient, before he joins in with Ryan singing the classic “Who let the dogs out”.

The video ends abruptly with Ryan contemplating the fact that no one ever solved the mystery of who actually let the dogs out. Hence, this Twitter update successfully announced the audience that even while fighting all the mutants in the universe, the X-Men still find the time to have fun.
