Small screen actress Sayantani Ghosh says that she admires her work a lot and she feels that her work is her teacher. She is best known for portraying the roles in the shows like ‘Jai Santoshi Maa’ and ‘Naagin’. Sayantani says that she is a self-grown actor and she got the success because she has worked hard for it.
She says that she loves to be in front of the cameras. She admires her job like anything and she takes her work very seriously. She says that for her it would be very difficult to pick and choose a character because she is a self-grown actor. She did not take any formal training and she gets to learn always something new from every role she has played so far in her career.
Moreover, she feels that her work is her teacher and she says that she wants to dedicate herself to every role. Currently, she is essaying the role of a step-mother Neela in a show titled ‘Naamkarann’, which is directed by Mahesh Bhatt.
About her character which she is portraying in the show ‘Naamkarann’, on that she says that Neela is a very strong character. She says that the one should have a really big heart to live up a life for your step kids even after being left by your husband and in-laws. She is playing very courageous, educated and modern role in the show. Sayantani says that this role will always remain special for her. She feels that her character Neela has for sure changed the mind about the step-mothers in the society.
