Bollywood actress Ileana D’Cruz recently became the victim of misbehaviour by some male fans. The actress lashed out through posts on Twitter, which has already gone viral.
The actress is currently gearing up for her upcoming movie titled “Baadshaho“, which is written by Rajat Arora and directed by Milan Luthria. The film features Ajay Devgn, Emraan Hashmi, Esha Gupta, Ileana D’Cruz and Vidyut Jammwal in the lead roles. The story will revolve around six badasses set in the emergency period of 1975 when they looted a truck full of gold.
Recently, Baadshaho actress posted two tweets on her Twitter account to express her anger. She captions the first tweet saying, “It’s a pretty shitty world we live in. I’m a public figure. I understand that I don’t have the luxury of a private & an anonymous life.(1/2)”
Second tweet : “But that doesn’t give any man the right to misbehave with me. Don’t confuse “fan antics” with that. I am a WOMAN at the end of the day.(2/2)”
However, Ileana did not reveal much about her tweets, But during a recent interview, she shared the shocking details of the incident that happened when her car got stuck in the traffic while she was traveling for her fashion show in Mumbai. Ileana said, “They started banging against the window, pressing themselves against the car, one of them even lying down on the top of the bonnet and laughing. I’ve been eve teased when I was younger, but I didn’t expect guys to misbehave to this level at this age.” She added “They followed my car even after the signal turned green. It was like a power trip for them.”
Though, Ileana Did not step out of her car as she was without any bodyguard she was just traveling with chauffeur for the company. She said, “They could have beaten him up and I wouldn’t have been able to stop them. So the only thing my chauffeur could do was honk while I ignored their antics.” She added, “I don’t even know who they are. May be I’ll handle the situation differently if, God forbid, it happens again, but this time, I played safe.”
Earlier also we have heard the cases when the female actress was misbehaved by their male fans like Vidya Balan and Swara Bhaskar they too have complained about being harassed earlier.
“Baadshaho” is scheduled for September 1 release.
