As the entire nation reveled in colors on the occasion of Holi, Bollywood celebs too hosted their own parties and celebrated it with fervor. Ranveer Singh hosted a Holi bash at a plush suburban five star for Amercian singer Pharrell Williams.
The 44-year-old American rapper, singer, songwriter, record producer, and film producer was in India to launch his Holi-inspired collection of hue-happy sneakers and clothes in collaboration with a clothing line, of which Ranveer Singh is a brand ambassador.
Ranveer was super-excited about the bash and had a gala time as he bonded with Pharrell at the party. Pharrell, dressed in a white Kurta and sporting a garland around his neck, was seen joining in the festivities with the ‘Padmaavat’ star as they played liberally with colors and danced to Bollywood tunes.
Pharrell Williams had said, “Holi is not just about colours, it’s a vivid celebration of happiness. You know, a light wave can also be interpreted as a sound wave. So when you guys are spreading colours, they are essentially physical sounds… it’s like singing to each other. That’s a beautiful notion.”
VJ Anusha, Masterchef Australia alumna Sara Todd, Mini Mathur, Ananya Pandey attended Ranveer’s colorful bash.
