Ishaan Khatter and Ananya Panday will team up in Ali Abbas Zafar’s introduction as a maker. The two will be seen romancing each other in the romantic comedy. Ishaan’s job had been affirmed before; anyway, the main woman has been finished as of late. Karan Johar’s who launch Ananya will be seen sharing screen space with the Dhadak on-screen character.
According to a report in Mumbai Mirror, the director wanted a young A-list actress opposite Ishaan and therefore finalized Ananya for the role. The romantic film is set in Mumbai and will go on floors by the end of the year.
A source close to the development told the daily, “Since the Maximum City-centric film is a fresh take on the romantic genre and revolves around young people, Ali was keen to cast actors who are a big draw with youngsters. Both Ishaan and Ananya have impressed with their first films but have not worked together, so it’s a new jodi as well.”
Ananya Panday, on the other hand, is currently busy shooting for her second film, Pati Patni Aur Woh, in Lucknow. The film also stars Kartik Aaryan and Bhumi Pednekar. Directed by Mudassar Aziz,
