The first look poster of the upcoming film Jai Mummy Di was revealed yesterday. Actor Sunny Singh, who will be seen as the male lead in the film, took to his social media account to share the poster. The 34 years old actor also announced that the film’s trailer would be out on 12 December.
The poster that features Singh alongside the female lead Sonnalli Seygall looks interesting. It also features senior actors Supriya Pathak and Poonam Dhillon who will be seen playing mothers of the two. In the poster, Pathak and Dhillom can be seen holding their respective children over their shoulders. While in the air, the actors dressed as bride and groom are trying to get close as their mothers try to take them away.

Jai Mummy Di is a light-hearted family comedy that tells the story of a couple who are trapped in the conflicting dynamics of their respective mothers. It shows the trials and tribulations the couple has to undergo because of their mothers’ nature and the effect it has on other members of both the families.
The film marks the second collaboration of Singh and Seygall. They were previously seen together in Luv Ranjan directed 2015 romantic comedy Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2.
Written and directed by Navjot Gulati, the film is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Luv Ranjan, and Ankur Garg. The comedy-drama is set to hit the theatres on January 17, 2020.
