Vidyut Jammwal film 'Junglee'

Vidyut Jammwal’s action-packed much-awaited movie ‘Junglee‘ released in theatres today and the film delivered what it promised, lots of mind-blowing action scenes and breathtaking views of the jungle.

The Chuck Russell directorial showcases a special bond between a little boy and a baby elephant Bhola, which continues even after the boy comes back as a grown up after several years.

Little Raj lives in the Chandrika elephant sanctuary (Odisha) with his father and befriends a baby elephant Bhole. For his higher studies, he goes out and returns as a veterinary doctor from Mumbai after ten years. But intelligent elephants, as they are known, recognize young Raj (Vidyut).

Everything is going well until a bunch of poachers, led by (Atul Kulkarni) enter the forest to kill and steal the tusks of the mighty creatures. Now Raj makes his sole mission to save his friends and the jungle from these hunters and like always becomes the one-man army.

The actor carried out all the action sequences flawlessly especially the part of Kalaripayattu (Indian martial art). Vidyut has established himself as one of the finest action heroes from around the world.

Chuck Russell has made his Hindi cinema debut with the movie and he brings the story from a west denizen’s perspective.

Newcomers Asha Bhat plays a journalist from Mumbai and  Pooja Sawant a mahout and both look confident and promising. While Atul as a well-known actor wins heart again.
