The episode begins with Pooja realizing the truth after reading a newspaper headline that she’s the adopted daughter of YK. Sonakshi is shocked. There’s a brief flashback, and we return to the scene as Rohit goes to visit Pari. He confronts her violently and demands to know how she learnt the truth, and why she revealed it to the media. Pari explains that she heard him and Sonakshi discussing about it; Pooja had insulted her, and her mother during a fight and she just wanted to get her revenge against her. Rohit angrily points out she didn’t need to go so far, as she has now destroyed Pooja’s life.
Pooja and Sonakshi are shopping. Sonakshi gets out to receive Veena’s phone call. Pooja is thirsty, and goes out of the car to fetch a bottle of water. As she’s standing by the stall, the seller, who’s reading the newspaper, sees her and is shocked with the similarity in the paper. Pooja demands to take a look at the headline. She reads the headline, that she’s adopted and not the real daughter of YK and Nishi.
Pooja is emotionally devastated and begins to cry. Sonakshi realizes that Pooja has learnt the truth and rushes her back to home. YK tries to persuade Pooja that she’s still his daughter and their relationship hasn’t changed at all but she keeps repeating “I’m adopted”. Sonakshi shakes her violently to bring her back to consciousness. Rohan again accuses Sonakshi for being careless and letting Pooja slip away long enough to find the information. They all leave the room in anger. Rohit comforts Sonakshi and embraces her.
Tomorrow: Pooja attempts to commit suicide.
