The episode begins with Sundari walking away from the dinner table, and telling Veena that Sonakshi speaks a lot and contradicts her too much. There’s a brief flashback, to the meeting of Sundari and Sonakshi, who’s able to retort Sundari’s sarcastic jabs without insulting her. Veena is very impressed with her. Later, Sonakshi tells everyone how she got out of the set. Sumit overheard her conversation with Netra, and pretended to faint so that she had to cancel the shoot. Sonakshi reached the Sippy home just as Sundari was being greeted by the family, and sneaked in with Simmy’s help.
Rohan and Pari are taken to the police station after the accident. The police officer informs them that the women in the accident was pregnant, and is pleading them to take her to the hospital. Rohan and Pari get worried that if they’re caught together by their family, their affair will be exposed before everyone.
At dinner, Sonakshi smartly deflects more jabs by Sundari, and praises Akash’s culinary skills by telling everyone that he’s more famous than Naren and Rohit. Sundari suddenly gets up and walks out. Veena follows her, and asks what’s wrong. Sundari tells Veena, that he daughter in law speaks a lot, but as Sonakshi approaches them, she bursts into a smile. She applauds Sonakshi’s for always sticking up to her family, and respecting their ideals. She presents her bangle as a gift to her.
Naren has to leave because of an emergency. Pari and Rohan find out that his patient is the victim of their accident. Sonakshi visits Rohit but doesn’t want to disturb him. Inside, YK talks to Rohit about Sundari’s comments in regard with Pooja’s wedding and reveals that she is adopted. Sonakshi enters the room and declares that Pooja should know the truth.
