The upcoming episode of Kasautii Zindagii Kay begins as Prerna requests Mohini to stop calling her a gold digger. Prerna has sacrificed a lot for Mohini’s family. Prerna advises Mohini to stay cautious of Sonalika. Mohini gets angry, and warns her against spreading rumors about her daughter in law.
Veena comes to support Prerna, but their fight is interrupted when Komolika screams that the money in the cupboard has been stolen. Komolika takes the blame on herself for inviting Prerna to the party. Prerna protests, but Mohini tells her to shut up. Mohini accuses Prerna of stealing the money because she had the keys for the room and just exited it.
Anupam tries to defend Prerna but Nevidita stops him. Anurag is about to see his wedding photographs with Prerna when Shivani phones him. She calls him to the house and handle the situation because Prerna has been accused to stealing money.
Mohini insults Veena, for teaching her daughter how to con others and take advantage of innocent people. Prerna warns Nevidita against insulting her family. She has checked the room, and there’s no trace of money or the bag in it. Komolika joins in to degrade Mohini, but the way she says “masterminds” makes Veena remember Komolika from the past. Anurag is on his way to Basu Mansion, but gets stuck because of an accident.
The police arrive, but Shivani tells them that Prerna is pregnant. They call women constables to arrest Prerna, but at the last moment, Anurag comes to save her.
