The upcoming episode of Kasautii Zindgaii Kay begins as Komolika tries to persuade Anurag into forcing Prerna out of the house. Anurag phones Prerna and asks for an important file. Prerna agrees to come and give it to her. Komolika is glad that her plan is working. Ronit is waiting for her orders, and when he sees Prerna, he will proceed with his plans. Veena is worried that Prerna is going outside but gives her sugar and curd for good luck. Anurag is on his way to pick her up, but Prerna tells him that she’s already outside. Prerna reaches the road where the truck is standing and gets into an argument with a child.
Ronit and the truck driver try to hit her, but the child pulls her back. Komolika is mad with rage. Anurag parks his car at the end of the road and walks toward Prerna. As she’s approaching him, Ronit tells the truck driver to increase the speed. Prerna is hit by the truck and flung into the air. Anurag is shocked and horrified. He runs to her aid but there’s a doctor present on site who tells her she’ll take Prerna to the hospital.
Komolika is delighted to see that Prerna is losing blood quickly and isn’t going to survive. Anurag decides to chase the truck. Ronit becomes worried that he’ll see his face. He has an argument with Komolika about killing Anurag as well but she prohibits hims. In the end, Anurag is unable to catch the culprits.
Tomorrow: Komolika is shocked to find out that Prerna and child have survived the accident.
