The upcoming episode of Kasautii Zindagii Kay begins as Komolika decides to complete the job of Prerna’s baby herself. Ronit warns her about being caught because of the CCTV cameras. Komolika goes and disguises herself as a nurse. Anurag visits the doctor assigned to Prerna’s case, and tells him to not allow any other doctor to visit her. The doctor is shocked to know someone else visited Prerna. Komolika tricks the doctor and attacks him from behind. He faints. Shivani and Veena reach the hospital. Veena is very upset about her daughter’s accident. Anurag meets them, and tries to comfort Veena. He assures her that Prerna’s child is safe. Veena comments about the fact that Anurag cares about his child, even if he doesn’t know he’s the real father.
Komolika is glad that Veena is upset, and hopes she keeps crying after her job is done. She enters Prerna’s room and begins to speak about killing her child. Moloy and Anupam also visit the hospital to inquire about Prerna’s condition.
Komolika is still speaking to Prerna about how she’s going to win this time. Prerna suddenly wakes up, but she’s too weak and can’t call for help. Komolika looks at her, and tells her its time to die. But just as she’s about to stab Prerna’s belly, Anurag enters the room.
Tomorrow: Shivani notices Ronit is in the hospital and becomes suspicious. After Anurag leaves the ward, Komolika stabs Prerna.
