The upcoming episode of Kasautii Zindagii Kay begins as Shivani phones Ronit and demands to know the reason behind his presence at the hospital. Ronit lies that his hand is hurt, but Shivani challenges him by stating he was dressed in the clothes of a doctor. Anurag is on his way to the warehouse, and tells Anupam to follow the truck driver. Mohini restricts Komolika from going outside the house. Ronit phones Komolika, and she tells him Mohini has prohibited her from exiting the house. Anurag reaches the warehouse and meets Anupam. They both begin to look for the truck driver.
Prerna reaches the Basu house. Mohini tries to stop her from entering, but Prerna doesn’t listen to her. She walks quickly upstairs and opens the door to Komolika and Anurag’s room.
Ronit reaches the warehouse, and notices Anurag and Anupam. He hides from them. Anupam tries to catch him, but Ronit runs away. Ronit phones the truck driver and tells him the location to meet him so he can give him his fees.
Prerna finds, and slaps Komolika, and screams at her for trying to kill her unborn baby. Komolika still behaves rudely, and tells Prerna her baby is going to die soon. Prerna grabs a knife from a plate and threatens Komolika with it. She twists her arm and puts the knife at her throat. If she tries to harm her child again, Prerna tells Komolika, she won’t even think twice before using force and killing her.
