The episode starts with Rishabh Bajaj trying to kill Anurag Basu, but he stops mid way. Mr. Bajaj then tells he that he needs to know something before he can be killed, explaining the reason for him to marry Prerna. He tells Anurag than he married her only because of Cookie for whom he needed a loving mother.
Mr. Bajaj gave a proposal to both Prerna and Cookie who liked each other, which they agreed on the condition that Anurag will get bailed out of jail. For him it was just a deal, but he later realized that he has feelings for Prerna.
Prerna used to talk only about Anurag which created a feeling of hatred in Rishabh for Anurag. Suddenly Prerna enters the room and saves Anurag. She confesses her love to Anurag in front of Rishabh. Mohini wakes up in the middle of the night and sees that Moloy is lying injured on the ground. Suddenly, Cookie arrives in the room where Anurag, Prerna and Mr. Bajaj are and injures herself accidentally. Both Cookie and Moloy are admitted to the hospital.
Cookie immediately needs blood and Prerna volunteers to donate her blood since she is a universal donor. But Mohini forbids her from doing so, and holds Mr. Bajaj responsible for Moloy’s condition. Rishabh then tries to find out the required blood group through his employees but no one is able to arrange it in time.
Prerna agrees to donate blood to Cookie despite Mohini’s protest. She then tells Anurag that the real reason she hates Prerna is because she has come in between her and her son and thinks that she is trying to create a rift between their relationship. She also holds him responsible for Moloy.
Anupam then tries to explain to Mohini that it is because of Prerna, they have a house, their business is in their hands and Anurag is with them. She is then shown the video of Prerna and Rishabh where Prerna is revealing why she married him.
