The episode starts with Komolika who is furious to stop Anurag and Prerna’s wedding and leaves for Basu residence. Mr. Bajaj tells his Maasi that he cannot see Prerna getting married to someone else so they should leave. They take Cookie with them and tells Prerna that he will miss her. He then gives her a letter, urging her to only read it after he has left the house. She reads it, it has Mr. Bajaj telling her to remember him if she needs anything in life.
Komolika drives in a car to sabotage the wedding. Mr. Bajaj tells Anurag that they are leaving, also telling him to take care of Prerna or else he will have to return in her life. Anurag goes out to seek a pious chunari from Hugli bridge that Prerna asked the pandit, which he did not bring. She tries to stop him but he anyone goes out to seek it, saying its the first time she has asked him for anything.
Prerna tells him that she is pregnant and he fills with joy. Anurag leaves despite Mohini telling him not to. Nivedita arrives at the wedding. Komolika is on her way for the wedding. Anurag gets the chunari and is on his way back, when Komolika sees him in the traffic. In the next episode, Komolika hits and crashes Anurag vehicle off the cliff.
