The episode begins with Sonalika/Komolika acting crazily because of her spoiled cloth. Komolika hates poor people and germs and can’t stand their presence. Prerna is interested in watching her reaction and observes from a distance as Komolika burns the cloth. Prerna thinks Sonalika is behaving the same way as Komolika did in the past but is confused because Komolika died by falling down the cliff in the river. But, she points out that Komolika’s body was never discovered. Komolika notices Ronit outside and rushes to meet him Mohini and Nevidita stop her from going. Anurag approaches Prerna and requests to dance with her. Prerna is hesitant but he reminds her that they’ve danced before, because he saw their photograph of them dancing together. Anurag wants to make a new memory of them dancing with each other and she reluctantly agrees to be his partner.
The two dance while Komolika watches them with contempt. Shivani notices her and decides to spot a specific behavior that will reveal Komolika’s identity. Komolika then leaves the party and goes outside. Mohini is also angry at the scene of her son dancing with someone else but keeps silent.
Komolika meets Ronit in the parking lot and orders him to kill Prerna. Shivani spots their meeting and is horrified to realize that Sonalika is, in fact, Komolika. She runs and tells the truth to Prerna, who is confused by the revelation because of Sonalika’s changed face but Shivani assures her that Komolika was talking to Ronit about her in the parking space.
