The episode begins as Kareena on the phone with Preeta. Kareena accuses Preeta of sending Sristhi to spy on the Luthra family. She gloats about humiliating Srishti. Rishabh explains to Srishti that he always supported Preeta and believed her over all his family members, but he can’t overlook the proof that she has sent a notice to Karan. Srishti pleads to know the contents of the notice, but Kareena declines and tells everyone she just wants to know about their next steps for the legal process. Kareena laughs off Srishti’s assertions that Preeta loved everyone in the family, and they still abused her.
Karan gets angry when Kareena blurts out that Preeta is coming to take Srishti home. He doesn’t want to see the face of the woman who has hurt his family. Kareena grabs Srishti by the arm and drags her outside. Srishti protests and tells her that Sherlyn is responsible for the rift in between the relations of the family. Kareena warns her against blaming Sherlyn and throws her out of the house.
Preeta arrives, and is bewildered by the drama. Kareena again repeats the accusation that Preeta sent Srishti to find out about the notice. Preeta doesn’t understand Kareena’s words and then insults her mother. Preeta gets angry and tells her not to say anything against her mother. Kareena continues trashing Preeta’s mother. Srishti tries to physically confront her but Preeta slaps her and tells her to go sit in the auto. Preeta won’t listen anything against her mother but Kareena tells her to get ready for their retort against her actions.
The media arrives at the Luthra house and Rishabh and Karan make the annoucement for the launch music video. Sheryln waits for the reporter whom she bribed to ask questions about the notice and is glad when he enters the room.
