The episode begins as Rishabh is still teasing Karan, and trying to make him confess that he has come to break Preeta’s wedding. Karan finally admits the truth, and Rishabh joins him in his quest. Prithvi gets angry as he remembers how Preeta rejected him again. He plans to feed a pill to Sarla that’ll give her an instant heart attack and force Preeta to marry him. Srishti tells Preeta that she has made a video of Prithvi declining to marry her and will use it as a proof if he turns away from his words.
Sarla comes out of the house to receive a phone call, and almost sees Karan and Rishabh as they’re entering the venue but Rishabh hides his brother. Sherlyn visits Kumkum Bhagya and meets Sarla. She begins to taunt Sarla that no one is going to marry her daughter. Sarla retorts that Prithvi has agreed to marry Preeta. Sherlyn is shocked to learn this truth and gets angry at Prithvi for his betrayal.
Prithvi is still worried about how he’s going to marry Preeta, when he spots Srishti, as she’s talking to someone on the phone. He then gets a message from Sherlyn stating that she’s back in town because she had a fight with her friend. Prithvi gets even more desperate. Srishti inquires about the message, but he declines to tell the truth. Srishti reveals that she’s not going to let Preeta marry him, and has proof that he has already agreed to break their wedding.
