Kangana Ranaut’s head injury - Here’s the latest!

Recently, Kangana Ranaut got injured in a sword fighting scene in her upcoming movie titled “Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi“, which is directed by Krish and produced by Zee Studios in association with Kamal Jain & Co-Produced by Nishant Pitti of EaseMyTrip.com. Where Kangana will be seen portraying the role of Jhansi Rani Laxmibai.

Kangana was hit by her fellow actor Nihar Pandya’s sword on the forehead which left her bleeding profusely. Kangana was immediately rushed to Apollo hospital nearby, where she was admitted into the ICCU. She got 15 stitches on her forehead.

Kangana hasn’t been able to report to work yet. She wanted to resume her work on Saturday, just four days after suffering a deep cut on her forehead, couldn’t turn up, unfortunately. According to the sources, “After the accident last Tuesday, Kangana has not turned up for shooting at all. She was supposed to resume on Saturday. And that was her wish. The Manikarnika team has been waiting. But Kangana decided to take some days off as a precautionary measure. She’s expected to resume shooting by the end of this week.”

The movie features Ankita Lokhande, where she would be seen playing the character of ‘Jhalkaribai’and method actor Atul Kulkarni, will be seen essaying the role of Ramchandra Pandurang Tope also known as Tatya Tope.

“Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi” will release on April 27, 2018.
