On Monday morning, Randeep Hooda posted a picture on social which clearly stated that the actor is all set to begin his upcoming project Swatantrya Veer Savarkar.
Sharing a series of pictures on Twitter, Hooda wrote, “Lights, Camera HISTORY! Starting shoot for my next, @anandpandit & @officialsandipssingh’s #SwatantryaVeerSavarkar. The film is slated to release on 26th May 2023 on the occasion of #VeerSavarkar’s 140th birth anniversary @directorsamkhan.”

Produced by Anand Pandit Motion Pictures and Legend Studios, Swatantrya Veer Savarkar is based on the life journey of Hindutva ideologue V D Savarkar. Actor Randeep Hooda will essay the titular role of the protagonist in the film. It will be shot in Maharashtra and London.
Producer Anand Pandit in an interview stated, “There couldn’t have been any actor other than Randeep Hooda to do absolute justice to this role. Plus, our film has Randeep as a director too and that makes me feel proud.”
