Lalit Shokeen’s recent trip to New York must have given him the idea of creating something like this. Bringing his desi side to the forefront in New York is not something that everyone would do. A lot of people may get conscious and may even try to fit in or maybe even embarrassed by the mere thought of doing something like this.
Taau Rangeela looks for his wife everywhere in New York. She left saying that she wanted to have ‘golgappa’ and hasn’t returned since then. Taau Rangeela along with his two nieces begins the search for his wife but fail to find her.
On the second day, they again go looking for her and sit down to rest when they couldn’t. Taau Rangeela then sees a pretty lady and is flattered. He asks his nieces to go back to the hotel and he will join them.
He makes the conversation with the woman initially trying to ask about his wife. A little while later, he is seen enjoying with Lilly and forgets about his wife, he goes out for drinks with her and comes back late to the hotel room. On being inquired about his wife, he says he has found someone new.
