2019 has proved to be a bitter-sweat for actress Madhuri Dixit as one of her film was a major commercial success, while the other two didn’t fare very well.
But the ‘dhak dhak’ girl is coming up with another project and shared a video on her Instagram story.
It was the muhurat shot of a film titled ‘Panchak’, and she is seen clapping the clapper board with her husband, Shriram Nene.
The video was titled “Beginning of something new!
Her fans are surely excited and can’t wait to see her in another film.
Madhuri was last in the period drama ‘Kalank’, directed by Abhishek Varman. Produced by Karan Johar, it had an ensemble star cast of Sanjay Dutt, Madhuri Dixit, Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt, Sonakshi Sinha and Aditya Roy Kapur.
The film met with negative critical reception and was proved to be a box-office dud.
Her other outing was Indra Kumar’s comedy film ‘Total Dhamaal’, which was the third entry in the ‘Dhamaal’ franchise. It was one of the biggest commercial hits of the year, earning more that 200 crores.
Madhuri also turned producer this year and her maiden venture was the marathi language drama film ’15 August’, which released on the online streaming platform, Netflix.
