May be she said no too much to the the makers of the movie that is the reason the movies have stopped coming to her

Bollywood actress Shamita Shetty says that she has said no too much in her movie career. She believes that the quantity of work was never a priority for her and that is the reason she chose to be choosy. Now she feels that she said no too much to the makers of the movies that the movies have stopped coming to her.

Shamita Shetty made her acting debut in the 2000 movie titled ‘Mohabbatein’, which was directed by Aditya Chopra but after that, she has worked in just a few movies. Now she is featuring in the web series with a title ‘Yo Ke Hua Bro’. She is very much picky in her movie career that is the reason she has rarely seen on the big screen. She agrees herself that she has not done that many roles. She has not been a part of that many movies for a while and there is a lot which she wants to do and she feels that this all had happened because she has said no to many movies which crossed her way. This is the major reason that work has stopped coming to her but she never stressed on the quantity.

She says for her quantity does not matter when you are taking out the time from your life to do something that you love doing it then you should be happy doing that thing. She feels that she does not want to do the movie only for the sake of doing it. She has always picked the best from what came to her. Earlier, she has also featured on the small screen in the reality show with a titled ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa Season 8’ and she has also appeared in the Big Boss 3, but she has never come in the fiction soap. She always loves to do something which is different and which is content driven but she is not into the games of the typical saas-bahu stories or the likes.

Now, she feels that in today’s time the subject is your hero. She says that she can not sit today and say that she wants to do this and that as now it all depends on what is being offered to her and what appeals to her and then accordingly she can take the decision. About her web series ‘Yo Ke Hua Bro’ she says that it is five-part comedy web series. The web story also features Aparshakti Khurana, Gaurav Pandey, and Ridhima Pandit. The web series is also available on the Viacom 18’s video-on-demand streaming service VOOT. However, actor Sumeet Vyas will be seen doing a special appearance in the series as a policeman.
