The exciting first trailer of ‘Milan Talkies’ starring Ali Fazal and Kannada actress Shraddha Srinath released on Wednesday. The film has an intriguing fun story with a handful of drama and a pinch of action which makes it a typical Desi love story.
Fazal is portraying the role of a young and ambitious director in the movie, loosely resembling famous filmmaker Guru Dutt. Sikander Kher will be seen as the main antagonist in the film.
The film explores a love story set against the backdrop of the “old-world charm of single-screen cinemas”, according to the official synopsis.
The synopsis of the film reads, “Ten years into the new millennium, the young generation got multiple ways and means to stay connected and communicate. In these times two lovers are unable to communicate and how films become a means to unite them…”
The first poster of the film was unveiled on Wednesday and it featured the lead actors, Ali, and Shraddha sitting on the top of the single-screen theatre, where the actress is probably wondering about the filmy world and the male lead seems to have an interest in directing a film. The poster gives an impression of their filmy love story.
The actress shared the poster on Twitter and captioned it, “Laundagiri! Baikati aur usmein se panpi hamari love story.
