Kaleen Bhayia is going to come back for the third time on Amazon Prime Video. The makers of Mirzapur 2 and Amazon Prime have renewed the successful show for a third season.
Led by the evergreen Pankaj Tripathi, Mirzapur has a massive fan following from season 1. This translated into the success for season 2, as upon release about 50% of the audience finished the show in just 2 days, as per Prime Video.
There are many good shows which stream on Amazon Prime Video, but Mirzapur has such a wild fan following that it became the most-watched show on it in just seven days of its release.
Such a wonderful response from the audience has uplifted the spirits of the show’s producers. One of them is Ritesh Sidhwani. He talked about the show’s success and went on to say :
“The show’s massive fandom and the viewers’ magnitude of love towards the new season were seen through reactions on social media within days of its release, and we are truly humbled by the response.”
Therefore the makers decided that it is going to be a good decision if the show returns for a third season.
While the first season had actor, Vikrant Massey, his character’s death led to his exit from the second season. Season 2 of the show featured actors Pankaj Tripathi, Ali Fazal, Shweta Tripathi Sharma, Vijay Varma, Divyendu Sharma.
So sit back and watch the second season of the show till the time, the third one does not arrive.
