Mitaali Nag is an Indian actress, singer, dancer. She rose the popularity from her lead role in the show titled “Afsar Bitiya”, which was directed by Arvind Babbal and written by Raakesh Paswan. The show was based on the story of Krishna Raj dreams of becoming a block development officer (BDO). Currently, she can be seen playing the role of Barun’s mother in the show “Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon Season 3”.
Mitali feels that playing negative roles on screen is a difficult job as it affects the inner personality of the actors. Earlier she played the role of a protagonist on the show “Afsar Bitiya” on Zee TV.She said, “It’s very difficult to play a negative role in daily soaps. Living a negative character for 20-25 days a month, at least 12 hours every day takes a toll on your inner being” Moreover, she added, “All daily soaps require you to play similar kind of negative roles. I am open to playing a gray shade character as long as the role and the money are appealing.”
