The most exciting factor about superstar Rajinikanth’s ‘Kaala’ has to be the film’s promising cast. Director Ranjith’s choice of actors so far has made everybody take notice of the film and at the same time look forward to the movie with a sense of anticipation. The biggest attraction has to be the inclusion of actor Nana Patekar who, according to sources, plays the main antagonist. He will be seen playing a politician and is believed to take Rajinikanth head on.
Since the film will be predominantly shot against the backdrop of Mumbai, the makers decided to simultaneously shoot the film in Hindi. If not every scene, those featuring Rajinikanth and some key supporting cast will be shot in Hindi. Unlike Kabali, the film won’t be dubbed in Hindi, and Rajinikanth is expected to mouth his lines in Hindi and in Marathi in some key junctures.
‘Kaala’ is Produced by Dhanush‘s Wunderbar Films, Kaala has an ensemble cast including Bollywood actor Huma Qureshi and Anjali Patil. National Award-winning actor Samuthirakani has been roped in to play an important role.
The film is slated to release this year.
