Versatile actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui is all set to make a hattrick with Woodpecker Movies. Siddiqui will be seen in ‘Dusty to meet Rusty’ which will be produced by the production house and it will be helmed by Glen Barretto. The film is expected to go on floors in August this year.

The actor just completed the shoot of the production house’s ‘Motichoor Chaknachoor‘ opposite Athiya Shetty and roped in to play the male lead in ‘Bole Chudiyan‘ against Mouni Roy. 

The film is about a beautiful road trip by a girl and her journey from Mumbai to Dharamshala. The girl goes in search of her childhood sweetheart and meanwhile, finds love on her way.

“When Nawaz ji heard the narration, he loved the script of ‘Dusty to meet Rusty’ instantly. It’s an honor to work with talent like Nawaz ji who brings great value to the script with his nuances and outstanding performances. We are on verge of finalizing two more A-listers and working the dates out,” says Kiran Bhatia, Producer and Content Head, Woodpecker Movies.

Producer Rajesh Bhatia says, “We look forward to our third endeavor ‘Dusty to meet Rusty’ with Nawaz Bhai. It’s always a pleasure to work with him as he gets lots of creative inputs to the table and takes the script to another level with his performance.”
