Th trend of recreating old songs is rising high in Bollywood and the makers of upcoming film Pagalpanti are no different. After releasing one remake Tum Par Hum Hai Atke, the makers have dropped another remake today.
Titled Bimar Dil, the song is a recreated version of Sridevi and Sunny Deol’s song Tera Bimar Mera Dil from their 1989 hit film ChaalBaaz. The song will give you spooky chills as it is set in a haunted house where Urvashi Rautela appears and turns into a sexy ghost. She shows her sizzling dance moves while the rest of the cast tries to figure out what just happened. After a while, others also appear as ghosts and move along.
Crooned by Asees Kaur and Jubin Nautiyal, the remake is composed by Tanishk Bagchi and lyrics are penned by Shabbir Ahmed. The original song was sung by Mohammad Aziz and Kavita Krishnamurthy.
John Abraham took to his social media account to share the song and wrote, “Chain churane, neend udane aagaya hai naya gaana #BimarDil out now”

Revealing that the number is a tribute to the late superstar Sridevi, Urvashi shared: “I was very nervous while shooting for this iconic scene. This recreation is kind of a tribute to the legendary actor from my side and I wanted to do justice to this song. People will enjoy the mood and vibe of the song and I hope they would love it.”

Talking about the film, the actress said:”Pagalpanti is a universal film because anyone between the age of four and 80 can watch it and enjoy the film as well. I feel grateful to get the opportunity to be a part of this iconic song as well as in this film.”
The comedy film that is expected to release on 22 November this year boasts of a huge star cast. It features John Abraham, Anil Kapoor, Arshad Warsi, Ileana D’Cruz, Pulkit Samrat, Kriti Kharbanda, Urvashi Rautela and Saurabh Shukla.
The film is directed by Anees Bazmee and produced by Bhushan Kumar, Abhishek Pathak, Krishan Kumar and Kumar Mangat.
