The title track of the upcoming film Panga is inspiring and a beautiful tribute to all mothers who want to get back to pursue their passion. The song was launched yesterday on 7 January by the film’s lead actor Kangana Ranaut accompanied by Jassie Gill, director Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari, Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy, Divya Kumar, Harshdeep Kaur and son of Shankar Mahadevan, Siddharth Mahadevan.

The song starts with a dialogue by Kangana’s son asking his father about Kangana’s age. And, then retorting if a woman can’t make a come back at the age of 32. Penned by the veteran poet Javed Akhtar, the song goes by the lyrics ‘Sun Main Bataun Tujhe Aisi Baat Re….. Man Ki Jo Sune Hai Wohi Changa.. Le Panga.”

The video of the lively song is a beautiful montage of the strenuous workout sessions of Kangana and her child-like aversion to the required diet. Composed by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy, the energetic song is sung by Harshdeep Kaur, Divya Kumar and Siddharth Mahadevan.

Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari, who has directed the film, took to her social media account to share the song with the fans and wrote, “Apne sapno ke liye zor se bolo Le Panga.”
