One of the most talented actors of Bollywood Pankaj Tripathi will soon be adding another feather to his cap. The actor has bagged a role in Hollywood film ‘Dhaka’ in which he will share the big screen with one of the Avengers Chris Hemsworth.
Last year in November the team of ‘Dhaka’ was in India, shooting for the schedules in Ahmedabad and Mumbai. Pankaj will join the cast of Sam Hargrave’s thriller for the Thailand part of the schedule. Reportedly, he will be playing a pivotal role in the movie. The actor will be making his Hollywood debut with this film. However, nothing about his role has been revealed yet.
Pankaj will also share the screen with Golshifteh Farahani, David Harbour, Randeep Hooda, Manoj Bajpayee amongst many others.
Recently, news broke that Tripathi has been roped in to play the manager of the cricket team of 1983 Man Singh in Kabir Khan‘s venture ’83.

Pankaj told a daily about his first project with Kabir Khan, “He is one of my favourite directors and we met a couple of times but never got an opportunity to work together. Then one day, he called me to narrate the story of 83 and at certain points, it made me tear up.”
“I was good at bowling and fielding and I am hoping to brush up my batting skills while prepping for this film. I will also meet Man Singh Ji and talk to him about his experiences. For now, I have been given some books and documents to refer to,” added Pankaj.
The actor was last seen in the hit film ‘Stree’ and it wouldn’t be wrong to say that he stole even Rankummar’s thunder in the film.
