In 2007, both the Bollywood actors Salman Khan and Govinda together did a movie titled ‘Partner’ and the movie was proved to be a blockbuster hit. The movie ‘Partner’ undoubtedly gave the fresh start to the actor Govinda in the Bollywood industry.
According to the recent reports, if everything goes according to the plan the romantic comedy movie might be seen hitting the theaters with its sequel. However, the first part of the movie was directed by the David Dhawan and now the reports claim that the Sohail Khan would be directing the sequel of the movie ‘Partner’.
The preparations for the upcoming projects are going in full swing and Sohail Khan has registered the two titles of the movie. The first title of the movie is ‘Carry on Partner’ and the second title which they have to register is ‘Partner 2’. The makers of the movie are planning to make the sequel earlier, but at that time they did not see the light of the day as they could not bag a good script.
Earlier, there were rumors that there is a fight going on between Govinda and Salman Khan and the actor Govinda has often said in the public that he should not expect too much from the actor Salman Khan. Sources reveal that the Govinda is convinced that Salman would be launching her daughter, Tina Ahuja, but she was left in the lurch because there is something that did not impress the veteran actor.
All the rumors now seem like they have buried in the past. Current reports say that the actor Govinda has agreed to play the supporting role in the sequel to the movie ‘Partner’. When was he being asked that the working along with an actor Salman Khan in the future, Govinda replied that Why will he not work with him? Now, both of them are not having any issues with each other.
Sohail Khan is very much excited to cast both of them in a movie. However, it has not been confirmed that whether the actress Katrina Kaif and Lara Dutta will be seen in the movie once again or not. No official confirmation related to the same. Sohail Khan is currently busy working on the script of the movie’s sequel. He does not to rush to make the Partners sequel. However, he cleared that he is not making the movie right away he needs time to prepare as well.
On the work front, Salman Khan is currently gearing up for an upcoming Indian spy thriller movie titled ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ and besides this he will also be seen in the movie titled ‘Race 3’ As far as Govinda is concerned he will soon be alongside the Fukrey Returns actor Varun Sharma in the movie titled ‘Fry Day’.
