‘Saaho‘ is an upcoming Indian action thriller movie, which is written and directed by Sujeeth and produced by UV Creations. The movie features Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor in the lead roles.
According to the latest reports, actor Mandira Bedi will soon be seen joining the Saaho team. The long list of actors is there in the movie which includes Jackie Shroff, Chunky Pandey, Mahesh Manjrekar, Neil Nitin Mukesh. Now, Mandira Bedi will also be a part of the movie. She will be seen playing a negative character called Kalki, recently she was seen shooting in Hyderabad with Jackie Shroff. The duo has shot for some action sequence which also includes hand to hand combat scenes and their second schedule will commence shortly.
Actor Neil Nitin Mukesh will be seen playing the main antagonist in the movie and he was among the first to be finalised. The filmmakers of the makers took too long to finalize the female lead of the movie. There was a number of names flying around. Earlier there were rumours that Prabhas’s Baahubali co-star will be playing the female lead but later in July, it was confirmed that she would not be part of the movie. In August the makers of the movie declared that Shraddha Kapoor will be seen opposite Prabhas. She would be paid a sum of Rs 5 crore for the movie.
‘Saaho’ will be the Telugu-Hindi action thriller movie, which will be made at a massive budget of Rs 150 crore. In the movie, Prabhas will be seen in a different avatar from his last Blockbuster release Baahubali and for his role in his upcoming movie ‘Saaho’, Prabhas charged Rs 35 crore.
