Prajakta Koli aka MostlySane never ever fails to disappoint her viewers. Since these last 4 years, she has always managed to put a smile with her videos on everyone’s face. Her new video “Stages of Being a College Student” on YouTube, is yet another attempt in the same direction.

The video was posted on July 18, 2019, and has more than 514K views. Also, the video is trending on the list.

The video will bring back all the moments that you have lived in your college life or if you are about to attend one, it will hype up the place even more for you, but it is relatable AF! We love the name that Prajakta has given to the stages and the first stage is absolutely funny. The ‘In Our Head’ stage is the first one, where we just start prepping for college or have those conversations about college while still being in school. This whole group decides to get admission together and stay like BFFs forever, but we all know how that ends. The expectations through which college life lures you is just so overwhelming sometimes.

The second stage is the ‘Bhayanak Admission Process’. Freshly stepped out of school and roaming from college to college, asking for all the documents and trying to negotiate at the admission counter. All of us have been through that. The introduction of online forms has made the process so much easier but has also lessened the experience that one used to have through this.

The third stage is the ‘first few days of college’ when we are all pumped up to do something great, be the topper and have all the fun along with it. It is that time of the month, where we think that only we are capable of making it big. The discussion of fresher’s party, the college tour just to find out our class, the switching of periods to lectures, and of course the ranting about early morning lectures. Every moment is valued once we are done with it.

The second-year is the chilled out stage, where you have adjusted yourself but still scared of your seniors, where you can exercise control over juniors but be polite to seniors, where chai and cigarette become your escape from future prospects.

The last stage is the third year stage, which starts settling as soon as we enter the college. Every place in that building has been explored in those years and there are countless memories attached to them.

Watch the video below or check it out on MostlySane on Youtube, but hold on to a box of tissue.
