Actress Priyanka Chopra has been trolled online after her tweet cheering Indian Air force for the last week’s Air Strike across the Line of Control that destroyed the terror camp in Pakistan.

An online petition has been filed against Priyanka’s removal as a Goodwill Ambassador. The petition on Avaaz.org reads, “War between two nuclear powers can only lead to destruction and death. As the goodwill ambassador of UNICEF, Priyanka Chopra was supposed to stay neutral and peaceful, but her tweet in favor of Indian armed forces after they invaded Pakistan airspace shows otherwise. She doesn’t deserve this title anymore.”
The petition, which tagged the United Nations and the UNICEF, had received over 4,200 signatures out of 5,000 marks. UNICEF has not commented on it, reports tmz.com.
The actress was appointed as the Global UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador in 2016, She has been involved with the UNICEF for over 10 years.
Violent clashes between India and Pakistan began after 40 CRPF soldiers were killed by a suicide car bomb in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama district on February 14.
