Ayushmann Khurrana and Bhumi Pednekar‘s upcoming Bollywood drama film titled “Shubh Mangal Saavdhan“, is directed by R.S. Prasanna and produced by Aanand L Rai.
Director R.S Prasanna says that working with both the actors (Ayushmann Khurrana and Bhumi Pednekar) is a fantastic experience. About his experience of working with the actors, R.S Prasanna said, “They (Ayushmann and Bhumi) are a director’s delight, both on screen and off screen. They are fantastic to work with. I became a huge fan of their work after ‘Dum Laga Ke Haisha’. It was a unanimous choice to have them cast in our film. For me, it was love at first sight when I met them.”
On Thursday, during a promotional event, Prasanna talked about the stars and his upcoming movie “Shubh Mangal Saavdhan” which touches upon erectile dysfunction and premarital sex.
The cast of the movie was present at the radio station to release the unplugged version of the song “Kanha” for the movie “Shubh Mangal Saavdhan”. The song ‘Kanha’ is sung by the actor Ayushmann Khurranna. About his unplugged song, Ayushmann said, “It is a love song in the film and our favourite too. I have sung the unplugged version of the song and we are very excited for the same.”
About her upcoming movie actress Bhumi Pednekar says that she is expecting the same love and respect from the audience which she received in her previous two films. “This is a very special film for me. It talks about something that people and even couples would not even think about talking openly. I really hope this conversation starts… It is very fun and entertaining family film where there is a beautiful chaos going on,” Bhumi said.
“Shubh Mangal Saavdhan” is all set to release on September 1.
