Raees, the much hyped Bollywood movie went live on screens on Thursday, 25th January 2017. The anticipation had been a great one considering the hype as well as the clash with Kaabil.
The movie was screened for media people as well as the Bollywood fraternity before the launch and initial reviews were above average. However, the first day of movie did not have a blockbuster opening, however, it was still better than a lot of Shahrukh’s movies. On the first day, the Shahrukh Khan starer movie collected INR 20.42 Crores, which is indeed a decent collection considering the figure of SRK in industry and the big hype which had been going around.
