Rajeev Khandelwal’s Loss Is Mohammed Iqbal Khan’s Gain!

It’s a bad news for the fans of Rajeev were excited to see the actor on small screen again as it seems that Mohammed Iqbal as taken his place

Actor Rajeev Khandelwal left Ekta Kapoor’s TV show ‘Kahiin To Hoga’ at the peak of his popularity as ‘Sujal’ to join films. But most of his films failed at the box office and few days ago there were reports that Rajeev is all set to make his comeback on TV. But now, there’s a bad news for the actor’s fans as Rajeev has been replaced by actor Mohammed Iqbal Khan in his comeback show.

If all goes well, Mohammed Iqbal Khan who was last seen in the &TV show ‘Waaris’ will make a comeback on small screen with this show. For the first time, he will be seen playing a cop. Earlier, Rajeev Khandelwal was supposed to play this character, but now Iqbal has replaced him. According to the latest reports, Rajeev excused himself citing date issues. Last year In July Iqbal was rounded with a controversy due to his Facebook post where he protested against the use of splinters and force by police in Kashmir.

Mohammed Iqbal Khan wrote, “Images from Kashmir look like images from Palestine. I apeal to the Indian government to deal with the situation in a better way. You don’t use splinters on protesters and blind them for life,you don’t shoot them and kill them.This kind of force was not even used when the jaats protested and did physical damage of thousands of crores….then why in kashmir? why why?”

While Rajeev still enjoys a huge fan-following on TV and has been a part of popular shows like ‘Left Right Left’, ‘Sach Ka Saamna’, ‘Reporters’ among others.
