Rakul Preet is one of the prominent actress of the Indian film industry who has worked in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi and Kannada movies. She started her career with the drama Kannada movie Gilli in 2009. Her filmy career got the actual kick-start with the movie Venkatadri Express, for which she was also nominated forBest Actress – Telugu at 61st Filmfare Awards South. She worked in good Telugu movies like Loukyam, Bruce Lee – The Fighter, Kick 2, Dhruva, Winner and many more.
Rakul made her bollywood debut with the comedy-romantic movie Yaariyan, co-starring Himansh Kohli and Nicole Faria in the lead roles. Although, the movie didn’t perfom well on the box office but the character of Rakul Preet was well appreciated. Afterwards, she came in the movies like Aiyaary and De De Pyaar De which were decent hit.
