Rohit Shetty’s ‘Simmba‘ is romping the international market. The film has grossed about Rs 60 crores in just a week of its release in the global market. And it is not going to slow down any sooner.

The Ranveer Singh and  Sara Ali Khan, starrer has crossed the 150 crore mark in the local market. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted about the film’s international earning breaking it into per day earning. He called the film “outstanding in international markets”.

Another trade analyst Ramesh Bala also tweeted about the film’s total earning.

According to the Box Office India reports, ‘Simmba’ is the 11th highest first-week earner of all times at 150.50 crore nett approximately in India. It has become Rohit’s highest first week grosser beating ‘Chennai Express’ and ‘Golmaal Again’.

With the total earning of Rs 249 crores approximately worldwide ‘Simmba’ became the fifth highest grossing film worldwide in just one week after ‘Sanju’, ‘Padmaavat’, ‘Race 3’ and ‘2.0’.

For the local earning, he wrote, “#Simmba roars and scores at the BO… Crosses ₹ 150 cr mark in Week 1… Glowing word of mouth has converted into footfalls… Fri 20.72 cr, Sat 23.33 cr, Sun 31.06 cr, Mon 21.24 cr, Tue 28.19 cr, Wed 14.49 cr, Thu 11.78 cr. Total: ₹ 150.81 cr. India biz. SUPER HIT.”

The film crossed Rs 50 crores within three days, Rs 100 crores within day five and Rs 150 crores within seven days of its release.
