‘Shab’ is a romantic drama which revolves around some people from different states meeting in Delhi where they all are chasing their dreams. The lead male Ashish Bisht is a model, Arpita Chatterjee is a coffee shop girl falls in love with him. Raveena Tandon is playing the role of Ashish’s mentor. Sanjay Suri plays the role of Raveena Tandon‘s husband while she is attracted towards aspiring model Ashish Bisht in the film. ‘Shab’ is directed by National Award Winning director Onir and produced by Sanjay Suri and Onir himself.
The makers of the film released the second trailer just 3 days before its release. The trailer starts the same way as the first one did, but transits into glimpses of some more revelations from the film. It is quite intriguing. It unravels the darker side of the modeling world. Three lives intertwined to make an interesting tale is what ‘Shab‘ is all about.

The film had its World Premiere at the recently held New York Indian Film Festival. The film’s music is composed by Onir’s favorite Mithoon and lyrics have been penned by the composer along with Amitabh S Verma.
Initially, the film was scheduled to release on June 30 but it was postponed by two weeks to avoid a clash with Salman Khan‘s ‘Tubelight‘ which would have hampered ‘Shab’s collections. Now it is releasing on July 14 and will clash at the box office with Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif‘s much-awaited film ‘Jagga Jasoos‘.
