Richa Chadda is one of the most talented and promising actresses right there in the industry. Richa is often seen vocal about various issue going on the society.
Richa is currently working on the promotion of her film ‘section 375’. The film is based on Section 375 of Indian Penal Code laws. It stars Akshaye Khanna and Richa Chadha in the lead roles.
Recently, on the trailer launch of the film, Richa talked about the cases of rapes in the society. She also talked about condition of sex education in the society.
Richa talked about how sex education our country is almost abysmal. Richa said, “I think sex education is very important. I don’t think anybody will disagree that since the data has become cheaper, you hear cases like juveniles have gang-raped someone and uploaded the video on internet. Rape videos are very popular on porn sites.”
She further says, “In the absence of sex education, young boys and girls will turn to pornography for sex education. That is such a skewed level of looking at the world. That is so wrong on so many levels. To rectify, such things it is important to have discussion whether at home or if you are not comfortable, talk about sex education in schools.”
