An Indian producer Ritesh Sidhwani says that his upcoming comedy movie titled ‘Fukrey Returns‘ will not be overshadowed. He says that he is very much excited about his upcoming home-production and he says that the movie will not get overshadowed by the other big-budget movie which is releasing along with the movie ‘Fukrey Again’.
When asked the producer that his upcoming movie ‘Fukrey Again’ is releasing between the two big-budget movies like ‘Padmavati’ and ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ so what does he feeling? On this, Ritesh said that it does not mean that his movie will get a sandwich between the two big releases and he wants to mention that the meat in between the sandwich is much tastier.
Ritesh says that honestly, he is not much apprehensive about it. He is very much sure that the movie will not get overshadowed because of its genre. However, he says that he knows very well that how massive the movie ‘Padmavati’ and ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ is. But, he feels that their movie is a comedy film and the genre is very different.
Moreover, he says that it is a festive season and there will be enough football and the people will come to watch all the films. He even took an example of the recently released movie titled ‘Golmaal Again’. He said that just like the comedy movie like ‘Golmaal Again’ which showed a great response at the box office and even Aamir’s movie ‘Secret Superstar’ too get noticed.
He is very much confident that even his movie ‘Fukrey Again’ will also reach its audience. Recently, the makers of the movie launched the new song ‘Mehbooba’. At the launch event, the producer was present along with all the actors of the movie Richa Chadha, Varun Sharma, Ali Fazal, Pulkit Samrat and Manjot Singh.
The movie ‘Fukrey Returns’ which is directed by Mrighdeep Singh Lamba and produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani under Excel Entertainment. The movie is a sequel to 2013 film ‘Fukrey’. The movie features Pulkit Samrat, Varun Sharma, Manjot Singh, Priya Anand, Ali Fazal, Richa Chadha.
The movie ‘Fukrey returns’ is all set to hit the screen on December 15, 2017.
