Sajid Nadiadwala just announced his next flick – ‘Kick 2’ through his production house’s twitter handle.
The tweet read, “The wait is over! #DEVILisBACK!! Sajid Nadiadwala’s Kick 2, starring Salman Khan releases on Christmas 2019.”
Kick starring Jacqueline Fernandez, Salman Khan & Randeep Hoda released in 2014, and was declared a blockbuster at the Indian box office. Salman’s films are touted to have an amazing lifeline if they release around or on Eid (except certain exceptions like Tubelight). Kick, was one of these many films.
However, with Kick 2 Salman Khan chooses a different slot by entering the Christmas slot of 2019.
Kick had him playing ‘Devil’ a character that was loved and will be continued in its sequel too. Currently, Salman is also working on the next part in the Race series – ‘Race 3’.
Race 3 will be directed by Remo D’souza, and also star Bobby Deol, Daisy Shah & Anil Kapoor (the only original member of the race team.)
