Sakshi Tanwar is an Indian television and film actress. She is known for her work in the television soaps like “Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii”, “Bade Achhe Lagte Hain”, and blockbuster movie Dangal alongside Aamir Khan.
According to the latest reports, Sakshi will soon be back on the small screen as a host of an upcoming food show titled “Tyohaar Ki Thaali”. The show will be based on the discovering the special recipes cooked on festivals.
She is very curious to explore ‘lesser-known-facts’ about Indian cuisine and culture with the show. The show will air on EPIC channel soon.
The food show will be shooting 26 episodes and in that, they will be celebrating the diversity of the country by bringing some interesting food stories related to Indian festivals, cultural nuances, and traditions.
About her next project Sakshi said, “As an actor, it excites me to explore different mediums and genres. When the channel’s team approached me, I was highly intrigued with the show’s unique concept.” She added, “This is quite different from what I have done in the recent past and I cannot wait to explore lesser-known facts about certain foods and special days that are an integral part of our culture.”
