Salman Khan and Karishma Kapoor, the lead actors of the first installment of the “Judwaa” series, will be doing a cameo in “Judwaa 2”. Sajid Nadiadwala has confirmed that the actors will not be playing any specific role or character, but will making a special appearance in the movie.
The reports of the original “Judwaa” stars making a cameo in the upcoming reboot have been doing the rounds since the film was announced with Varun Dhawan in the lead role.
“They (Salman and Karisma) are saying they want to be part of the film. They will not have a specific role or character, but they will come in a special appearance,” Sajid told reporters here.
Apart from Varun, 29, in double role, the movie stars Taapsee Pannu and Jacqueline Fernandez as female leads.
David Dhawan, who helmed the 1997 blockbuster, will be directing the project scheduled to release on September 29, 2017.
