Long before the coronavirus came into existence, Cancer had and will continue to be the most dreadful ailment one can have. Yes, it depends, on which stage it is in a human body, but still, it is deadly. On late Tuesday shocking news regarding cancer came from the realm of Bollywood. Actor, Sanjay Dutt has been diagnosed with lung cancer.

Popular trade analyst, Komal Natha shared this news with the world on Twitter. Natha shared the following tweet :

This news comes after the actor got discharged from Lilavati Hospital on Monday. Dutt had to admit to the hospital on 8, August Saturday after he complained of breathlessness. He was tested for COVID-19 too, though the results came out to be negative.

All was going well when suddenly a day after getting discharged from the hospital, he posted a cryptic message on Twitter. It indicated that the actor won’t be working for a while and will stay with family, causing concerns amongst his fans regarding his health.

All the concerns regarding his health got confirmed with Komal Natha’s tweet. Sanjay will soon leave for treatment in the US. According to his close friend,  who talked to a website, the actor is worried about his young children who are currently with their mom, Maanyata Dutt in Dubai. His cancer is curable and requires treatment, which is why he’ll leave for the US soon.

Sanjay Dutt is the son of late actors Sunil and Nargis Dutt. His mother, Nargis Dutt died of pancreatic cancer before the premiere of his debut movie, Rocky (1981). While father, Sunil Dutt passed away in 2005 due to a heart attack.

Both mother and father, we’re popular stars during their career. Nargis was famous for appearing alongside Raj Kapoor in many films. Nargis and Sunil are legends of Indian Cinema, while Sanjay himself is an icon of Bollywood.

As an actor, he will be next seen in films such as Sadak 2 and KGF: Chapter 2. Recently, on his birthday, the actor had revealed his first look from KGF’s sequel.

This news is utterly sad for everyone and we hope that Dutt recovers fast.
