The much awaited Bhansali’s movie, “Padmavati”, had finally started its shooting after undergoing many obstacles. This movie stars Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor in the lead roles.
Deepika Padukone is going to play the role of the Rajput Queen “Padmavati” and Ranveer Singh is to play the role of Alaudin Khilji. Shahid will play the role of Raja Ratan Singh.
Deepika and Ranveer have worked with Bhansali in ‘Goliyon ki Rasleela Ram-Leela’ and in ‘Bajirao-Mastani’, but this is the first time that Bhansali will direct Shahid Kapoor.
