Sanjivani actress Surbhi Chandna receives the Performer of the Year Award at the SBD Stardom Awards

Surbhi Chandna is one of the most popular names in the television industry with a long and credible list of work.

She recently shared some of her pictures on her Instagram profile, taken from the recently held SBD Stardom Awards, where she received the Performer of the Year Award.

Dressed in a lovely pink red attire, the ‘Sanjivani’ actress looks like a morning breeze as she poses with style holding her award.

She captioned it: “It is lovely feeling to be recognised as the Performer of the Year.. its been a year of some tough choices but it is also a pleasure playing somebody as challenging as Dr Ishani but appreciation like this just makes me work even harder.. thankyou the fab team at SBD Stardom awards for a lovely night and only upward and onward from hereon.. also congratulations on the first successful year of the awards… #drishani #sanjivani @viacom18studios @sbd_news18

On the work front, Surbhi has become a household name with her performance as Dr. Ishani Arora in the serial ‘Sanjivani’, which is a reboot of the 2002 serial of the same name.

Surbhi is also known for her brilliant fashion sense which recently earned her the Gold Award for Most Stylish Diva.

She was earlier seen playing the role of Annika Trivedi in ‘Ishqbaaz’, a role she reprised in its spin-off ‘Dil Boley Oberoi.’

The role won her the Asian Viewers Television Award for Female Actor of the Year and Gold Award for Stellar Performance of the Year (Female).

Surbhi had started her career in 2009 with the popular comedy serial ‘Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’, playing the supporting role of Sweety.

She later played Suzanne in ‘Ek Nanad Ki Khushiyon Ki Chaabi…Meri Bhabhi’, Haya Qureshi in ‘Qubool Hai’ and Sia in an episodic role in the horror anthology series ‘Aahat.’
